Mr. Ng Kwok Kei Sammy
Mr. Ng Kwok Kei Sammy (伍國基), aged 60, has over 30 years of experience in the fields of auditing. He worked as an auditor and management consultant in Ernst & Young and KPMG respectively (principally engaged in the provision of assurance, tax, advisory and transaction advisory services). He was an independent non-executive director of Huiyin Holdings Group Limited and BCI Group Holdings Limited, companies listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code:1178) & (stock code:8412) respectively. He was non-executive director of China Billion Resources Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 274).
Mr. Ng obtained an honour diploma in accountancy from Lingnan College (currently known as Lingnan University) in Hong Kong, a bachelor of commerce accounting degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and a master of business administration degree from The University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong. He has been a fellow member to The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has been an associate member to The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
Mr. Ng has been licensed as practicing accountant in Hong Kong since 1992.

Dr. Arthur See King Sham
Dr. Arthur Sham has worked in both public, NGOs and private dental clinics. He is currently working as Dentist in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, and Chief Superintendent (volunteer) serving Patients with Special Needs at Hong Kong St John Ambulance Brigade since late 2009.
Dr. Arthur Sham graduated with Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta in 1996, Master of Science (Human Nutrition) at the HKU SPACE and University of Ulster, UK, Bachelor of Dental Surgery at The University of Hong Kong in 2005 and Master of Science (Health Service Management) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2011. He attained his Fellowships and Memberships in Biomedical Sciences, Public Health (Food Safety), Health Services Management, Dentistry, Management Accounting from Hong Kong, Australia and United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Scientist (UK) and a Certified Health Executive (Australia).
